Remove ^ and ~ range specifiers — all versions are now exact pins. Updated packages: dependencies: @sinclair/typebox 0.34.0 → 0.34.48 devDependencies: @eslint/js 9.18.0 → 10.0.1 @types/node 22.x → 20.19.37 (aligned to Node 20 runtime) @vitest/coverage-v8 4.0.0 → 4.0.18 eslint 9.18.0 → 10.0.3 eslint-config-prettier 10.0.1 → 10.1.8 markdownlint-cli2 0.17.0 → 0.21.0 npm-run-all 4.1.5 → 4.1.5 (already latest) openclaw 2026.2 → 2026.3.8 prettier 3.4.2 → 3.8.1 typescript 5.7.0 → 5.9.3 typescript-eslint 8.20.0 → 8.57.0 vitest 4.0.0 → 4.0.18 Build, lint, and all 193 tests pass with the updated deps.

Updates all deps to latest, removes all ^ and ~ — exact pins only. Build, ESLint, and 193 tests pass.
