several updates to buildroot when compiling. Fixing links, linking to newer packages, add patch to ncurses, remove redundant patch from cmake after updating to 3.1.
gcw0_defconfig won't compile without removing ENTA_VIV (missing file), hostadb (broken source link), and host-mono (won't compile) from gcw0_defconfig still
