Current work involves generating copies of existing pages we can use for testing. This will allow us to carefully customize the experience of test users, while also providing a basis for updated UIs.

In the next phase of the project, we'll create prototypes of design candidates in the same space.

When we have the test environment basically ready, we'll refine the actual test plan. This requires understanding exactly what we intend to learn about the existing interface and how people interact with it.
