- Skip validate-visual tests when ImageMagick is not installed
- Skip preview wrapper dimension tests when Playwright browsers missing
- Remove hardcoded port from vite config to fix dev server test flakiness
- Add isPlaywrightAvailable() helper to check for browser installation
