Allow downloads from the Omero webclient public repo: https://idr.openmicroscopy.org/

Installation sequence for tool-installers

  • Test using @galaxybot test this
  • Inspect CI output for expected changes
  • Deploy using @galaxybot deploy this if test install was successful
  • Merge this PR
