Missed last server00 entry. Also updated logging to append message to error.txt and have date as well.

Added ability to change servername from server00 to anything via variable at top of script.
It creates an extra server.name file.
Additionally, all created scripts check for server.name existence. If missing they exit out with error.
TODO: please test though
