Changes Made :
1. Instead of downloading all the ranks and then filtration, each handle is filtered and then taken as input. Much faster in General.
2. Fixed issues with logo
3. Excel sheet merge is done in a better way, assuming the columns as Rank, Codeforces_ID and Score
4. Fixed Imports
