These changes allow one to specify the hostname/address for which
RemoteCommandwill send its command to; this allowsone the ability to use the
RemoteCommandutility to control anMMDVMHostinstance running on another host (ie: sendcommands to a pi-star instance on one's local network from a desktop host).
