This brings the (old) Node.js server code on a par with the client code.
Add devDependencies for grunt, grunt-contrib-coffee and grunt-contrib-watch which are used by the Gruntfile.

Because I had a preexisting nodejs module which I wanted to integrate with honeymap whereby I did not wanted to learn and rewrite my code in Go, I took the easy route and adapted the old nodejs honeymap server.
I also added a proper Gruntfile.
