Summary

create App.svelte with navigation and dark‑mode toggle
move existing UI to RagPanel.svelte
add FineTunePanel.svelte and PlaygroundPanel.svelte
implement Tauri command run_fine_tune to spawn Python script and stream logs
update Tailwind to support dark mode
