Kernel skiplist doesn't work in boot-update

Given the stanza in /etc/boot.conf:

"Funtoo Linux genkernel" {
    kernel kernel[-v] -*.sig
    initrd initramfs[-v]
#   params += ...
}

Files matching *.sig are also added as kernels.
