Add Tübix Event

In a previous semester we thought about pushing the EEI to be a more general event calendar.

I propose to allow the placeholder event for the Tübix 2026.

At this point I don't want to merge this without approval of the weekly assembly as I see some points of discussion/contention:

• in favor
  • More visibility to related events
  • Lower barrier to information for students aware of the EEI
  • Support friends of the Fachschaft (The Tübix uses, gifted and shares equipment with the FSI)
  • ...

• against
  • opens the door to groups not as close to the FSI using the EEI to advertise their events. (something like the "Dies universitatis", "AlDi", "Ract Festival", "TDF", ...)
  • Has no direct "academic" use
  • ...

I love this idea. Tübix is closer to computer science than the other events you listed and thus may also have an educational character
