We would still have the same issue with overflow. Any scrollview, native or not, has to have the overflow css property set. Which means any elements inside of the scrollview will get clipped at the boundaries of the scrollview even if positioned absolute; example (circle positioned absolute gets clipped): |

Attempt to remove row controls from montage-overlay component.
I fear that when we edit the last row of a table we will have issues with the scrollview overflow: hidden. We will likely need to account for this in some way.
