This PR adds support for YOLO v9 and v10 object detection to the YOLO Object Tracker. V10 is now the default model, with v9 and v8 models still specifiable by name. V9 and v10 should offer potential speed/quality improvements.

YOLO v9 and v10 do not have pose models, so the update is only to object detection.
