Fixes #127
The
locationfield contained the misspelling "Washignton D.C." for 7 courts incourts_db/data/courts.json, affectingjpml,ccpa,fcc,reglrailreorgct,usarmybrdrev,com, andcc. Corrects all 7 occurrences to "Washington D.C." incourts_db/data/courts.json. Verified by running the full test suite intests.py, which passes cleanly.
