Thanks for putting this together, @jskinne3!
The new upgrade page looks great! Just a couple issues are remaining:
- It's currently failing the lint job in CI. You'll want to make sure to step through the linter locally and fix any formatting issues it fusses about. You can do that by running
make docs-lintfrom your local checkout, and looking for anything red in the terminal output. - The
2.13.0_to_2.14.0.rstpage isn't currently linked in theindex.rstfile, so it won't show up on the table of contents sidebar.
