modification:

1. Add 143 missed URI in (ts 29.504 v17.12) and (ts 29.505 v17.10) and (ts 29.519 v17.11)
2. URI order
   1. subscription-data
   2. application-data
   3. policy-data
   4. exposure-data
3. Old URI path use :plmnId instead of context-data for path conflicted problem, change to context-data

TODO:

1. unify function name to REST api standard
2. Some URI remove in R17, but remain for backward compatible(haven't discuss)
   1. /subscription-data/{ueId}/context-data/ee-subscriptions/{subsId}
      1. POST
   2. /application-data/influenceData/{influenceId}
      3. POST
