I'm not able to test this, as I don't have a linux machine. What exactly does this add? |

It replaces e_speak core which is inaccessible in python3, to speech dispatcher, which it's accessible. |

BUt i don't test it on Windows, so check it, because i don't know that i could unfortunately break setup.py |
