A Firefox extension to inject latency into page loads with the goal of reducing the use of distracting websites. You can, for example, add a 5 second wait time to Facebook loads - this helps discourage the use of social media, allowing you to concentrate on your work. This was created quickly over break with inspiration from a y combinator thread. Feel free to contribute ideas & issues - I'll take a look whenever I have time.
