This repository contains the strategic roadmap for scaling the YaduYoga community in Île-de-France. Our mission is to provide "Yoga for strength, balance & belonging" in Paris.
The goal of this strategy is to transition the current Instagram presence into a high-growth, visually consistent brand that converts followers into practitioners.

- Establish a clear visual identity (colors palette).
- Implement a 4-pillar content strategy (Authority, Personality, Community, Promotion).
- Optimize conversion paths for class bookings and retreats.
- Target growth from 1K to 5-10K followers within one year.
To maintain variety and build trust, content is categorized into four main pillars:
