Implement Abyssal Chrono-Coral Shader

• Implemented gen-abyssal-chrono-coral.wgsl with proper headers, raymarching, and audio/mouse interactivity.
• Created gen-abyssal-chrono-coral.json with correct params and sliders.
• Re-generated shader lists using generate_shader_lists.js.
• Uploaded via storage_manager script and completed plan using manage_queue.py.
