POC to test out composite actions to make out CI/CD steps reusable easily and also make the workflow files minimal for easy maintenance.
The build-npm.yml file is changed in this and the yarn build, install, test and related steps are replaced by a composite actions created by me 'ankitasen-ubmainz/build-npm-action@v0.2' (will be moved to folio-org in the future and this action will be delisted from the marketplace, used only for POC purpose)
