Purpose
Fix accessibility issues related to clickable rows of requests list.
Instead of having the possibility to click on a row and see details page user should click on the link in a row (title).

There is a code duplication because we have two different approaches that we use depending on feature flag.
In the scope of #1235 feature flag and code inside "deprecated" folder will be removed.
