I didn't want to change the okapi_post method so it seemed simplest to add comments that a system operator would uncomment in the scenario when the tenant is configured as a legacy token tenant in mod-authtoken. Otherwise, the supertant superuser gets a bad http response when trying to login using the wrong endpoint.
