Summary

This PR updates the README.md image with a link

• What: We make the banner logo contain a hyperlink towards https://fluxer.app/
• Why: It is intuitive for users to click the banner, and instead of being taken to where the .PNG is stored, it makes more sense to get redirected to fluxer.app
• Notes for reviewers:None
