Problem: In the FAQ answer for "How do I prevent Flux from filling up /tmp", the sticky bit behavior of statedir is not mentioned. Add a note of sticky bit behavior of statedir to the set of existing notes.
Problem: In the FAQ answer to "How do I efficiently launch a large number of jobs?", use of `flux job wait` is covered, but the alternative `flux watch` is not. Add a reference to `flux watch` in the answer.
Problem: `-o exit-timeout=none` is not the default for `flux batch` and `flux alloc`, but it is still mentioned in the FAQ entry about resilient jobs. Remove the mention of `-o exit-timeout=none` to avoid confusion.
