fxp file for ease of use with Flash Builder

I created this to make the project easier to use with Flash Builder. I don't know if anyone would find it useful, but it might save someone some time :)

If we add fxp file to repository it requires to be updated each time, right? And I don't have Flash Builder for that. Maybe I shall put this file to Downloads section with commit ID attached?

Yes, it would. I don't mind updating it for major revisions, as it
seems to me that having a good gesture library is essential for mobile
dev. Not to worry if you don't think it's a good idea, I just thought
it might be useful for some.

    Additional the gestouch als swc for easy Test

I found the library really useful a great job!!
