It's my first cli utility,I learned it from others blog.My aim is to write a useful react-cli .
2018-3-13 the link doesn't work now, and there is something wrong with bable build. anyway, it can run now. type 'node ./bin/index.js XX ' , you can get the translator for word XX.
2018-3-13 actually the bin config has effect , you must publish the npm module you write ,and then install it. the npm will do the link thing for you. https://segmentfault.com/a/1190000012199718
