Installation
Expand ZIP to a directory of your choice, e.g. c:\TCE\TCE-Relay.
Usage
First of all, make a backup of your TCE/DB directory!
A button to invoke TCE-Relay will be included in the next TCE release.
For now, you can start it manually by running TCE-RelayClient.exe.
You can get a list of all command line parameters by invoking
TCE-RelayClient.exe -h
Includes experimental support to add new markets to TCE.

- FIX: When adding a market via -a/-A, we remove it from the list of unregistered markets (otherwise, the market will appear twice)
