This is a new dependency introduced with nextcloud/desktop#9402, which replaces the old QSingleApplication mechanism
will resolve #12 in the release after 4.x, could confirm that by trying to start the application twice:
% flatpak run --user com.nextcloud.desktopclient.nextcloud & % flatpak run --user com.nextcloud.desktopclient.nextcloud [...] nextcloud.gui.application: Already running, exiting...
