Ciao a tutti, con questa PR introduco una prima bozza relativa alle linee guida e agli standard operativi che vorremmo far adottare ai nostri agenti.

L'obiettivo è stabilire una base solida comune. Vi invito a revisionare il contenuto e a intervenire direttamente se desiderate:
