'likelycolor' frozen without pi temination #1
Description
Sometimes we have to terminate the pi via the WPIPILib menu to get the color values to update to te correct ones.
We thought it was something with the nerwork tables because there seemed to be an issue with that some while back aswell but when we put a 10 second delay infront of the get network instance line with no effect.
this issue happens when we freshly boot up the robot. so powercycling.
