Animation2DTracker mask non-healthy tissue using the mesh of the last frame. This gives the wrong result when the tissue is updated during the simulation (e.g when simulating the ablation). I adjusted the tracker so that it would mask non-healthy tissue frame-by-frame.
I tested it for a small 2D simulation and everything looks fine, but let me know I you want me test something else.
