EffectiveViewPortChanged needs to be unsubscribed when detaching from the visual tree, as it registers us with the LayoutManager. This will prevent us being collected when we are removed from the visual tree.
Because the columns list is part of the TDG models and held by the ViewModels. we need to unsubscribe INCC events when the TDGPresenter is removed from the visual tree.
