The test data at https://groups.uni-paderborn.de/nt/data/sed_scores_eval_test_data.zip is not available anymore. Would you be able to recreate it? Judging from the test cases, this seems to be the validation data from Task4 of the DCASE 2020 challenge.

One could test Python 3.7 on an older version of Ubuntu like we did in padertorch, but I don't think that it is necessary.
