This updates lambda/README.md to reference tippecanoe.py instead of the non-existent lambda_function.py. This prevents confusion for users following the Lambda setup instructions.

That is the correct name!

As we discussed, I wonder if we need a "lambda" folder here at all, it seems like a pretty niche use case for tippecanoe.
