[WIP] Update skill templates for improved layout

• Understand PR Add Analista-Processual squad for process analysis #3 review comments
• Fix message.result AttributeError: use AssistantMessage content blocks instead of ResultMessage.result
• Add error handling (try/except) around the query() call in run_squad
• Make model name and max_turns configurable via environment variables (CLAUDE_MODEL, MAX_TURNS)
• Define agent names as module-level constants and use them in both SYSTEM_PROMPT and agents dict
• Fix tool restriction: change allowed_tools to tools to enforce tool boundary for the coordinator
