I've made a place to move the HTML script version into the Plugmatic plugin's emit logic and shown that it can run from a new about page.

The HTML script moves over smoothly except for linking within the lineup.

Updates ESLint and related dependencies to latest versions. The other dependencies need looking at, and either updating or replacing with native code.
Update dependencies to version that can be loaded using import.
