Implemented the Strategy Pattern for fluid dynamics momentum equations to address SRP/OCP violations and Primitive Obsession.

Key Changes:

  1. Strategy Pattern: Created MomentumEquation trait with NavierStokes and Euler implementations.
  2. Parameter Object: Encapsulated velocity_gradient, pressure_gradient, and laplacian_velocity into SpatialGradients.
  3. Error Handling: Introduced FluidError and updated functions to return Result<Vector3<f64>, FluidError>.
  4. Tests: Updated and expanded tests to cover new architecture and error paths.

This change allows for future addition of models like Stokes Flow or Potential Flow without modifying existing code.
