This PR addresses documentation gaps in the reinforcement_learning and morphogenesis modules.

Changes:

  1. Reinforcement Learning (ai/reinforcement_learning/mod.rs):

    • Transformed the empty module file into a comprehensive guide.
    • Added conceptual explanations of Agents, Environments, and Policies.
    • Visualized the feedback loop using Mermaid.js.
    • Documented the Bellman Equations.
    • Implemented a complete, runnable GridWorld example using TabularQAgent.
  2. Morphogenesis (biology/morphogenesis.rs):

    • Added a visual explanation of the 1D Reaction-Diffusion stencil (Cell i vs neighbors).
    • Added a runnable Quick Start example demonstrating how to initialize and step the TuringSystem.
  3. Curator Log (.jules/curator.md):

    • Logged the decision to visualize these specific "Black Box" and "Visual Void" areas.

Verification:

  • Ran cargo test --doc reinforcement - Passed.
  • Ran cargo test --doc morphogenesis - Passed.
  • Verified no dead code in examples.
