Usage:
wa-rs --token mysecrettoken
wa-rs --db sqlite://wa-rs.db --token mytoken
wa-rs --db mysql://user:pass@host/db --port 8080
wa-rs --help

CLI args override .env values. Port also configurable via PORT env var.
