DEV-000 🏴‍☠️ ✨ Fix golang cache issues

We had two actions trying to to the same thing, driving to conflicts and not getting the golang cache saved.

• magnetikonline/action-golang-cache@v5 is already restoring + saving automatically cache using the same key.
