…d Username auth group that keeps getting removed Replace the rebalance view with on that finds the user based on PreferredUsername I really don't know why there are all these other migrations. Seems like stuff that should have already existed.

Fix user retrieval for the rebalance view so that preferred username is queried and multiples aren't returned
Use new PreferredUsername model to define these because the auth group thing is getting overwritten.
