The difference between two GR4 versions: fair-acc/gnuradio4@677e09f...fd6ce5a
The update is also needed because it adds IQDemodulator to be used in flow graph for RF Services.
The Docker image also needs to be updated: the new GR4 FileIO implementation depends on libcurl4-openssl-dev, which has already been added to the GR4 Docker configuration.
