Code used for the application for SEAMS

Only a sample of the complete code has been uploaded. The model is a stochastic individual-based model used to evaluate the impact of prevention methods on HSV-2 and HIV incidence. Code includes:

1. the main file used to estimate transmission parameters
2. a source file that is used to simulate a population with various characteristics
