Hola,
Traigo unos cambios que se hicieron en las 12.0, la inclusión de nuevo del impuesto del 7% que entra en vigor en 2020 y la eliminación del pgc específico canario por lo problemas que se comentan en el PR de las 12.0. Os lo propongo aquí para que ya se actualice el PR: OCA#1105 al hacer merge, al cual tras este commit sólo le faltaría hacer squash y corregir los autores y ya se podría mergear.
