This PR demonstrates how to use the NAPI version of finalizer registration. This is theoretically faster than the toArrayBuffer() approach (~200 vs ~30ns per object). However, memory pressure is not properly being accounted for. We need a way to inform WebKit that it should start running GC instead of relying on Bun.gc(true)
