Changed how Farmmanager logic works:
- A/B/K will only send troops if the village has everything given
- C will only send troops if the minimums are there (what you put into the unit input). C will only send troops if either all resources can be looted or partial looting is on
Tactical Planner:
- Allow multi Fakes (checkbox)
- Increase arrival time in case of 2 attacks having the same time
