Voxity on Electron v1.3 (Icon fix on Windows)

This has absolutely nothing new; just fixes the blank icon on Windows

This version (hopefully) fixes icons not showing (amateur mistake on my part) and adds a new application menu, with things like playback control, show release notes and whatnot

Added Linux (AppImage, deb) support and cleaned some stuff up

In the URL I have added an "?electron=true" parameter so in future updates Voxity could become more integrated with Electron without having to change a lot of things... if thats how this works

(I have no idea if the deb works, I have only tested the AppImage, but this is literally just a shell; I don't see why it wouldn't)
