You changed to hash 09d2acae674a48949e3602304ab46fd20ae0c42f, but when I try that in the web viewer it 404s.

In contrast, the one I chose, 210dc4c78d58bf11ef2da2aecda7ae8ad3aa4730, doesn't 404 in the web viewer but does 404 (I think?) when the CI runs:

 Error: An action could not be found at the URI 'https://api.github.com/repos/actions/checkout/tarball/210dc4c78d58bf11ef2da2aecda7ae8ad3aa4730' (F828:1564C0:1D6643:299EDB:6877679E)

How did you choose your hash?
